Dosing

Standard dosing is 2 capsules per day, however we recommend children starting at 1 capsule and monitoring from there. We intentionally used small capsules to make it easier to give to children. Some systems may balance out at one capsule, while others, especially older children/adults will need two. You can increase dosage based on symptoms.
